Aging Well Care ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through agingwellcareaz.com and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Free care assessment: the care recipient's name, age, relationship to you and where they live, the kinds of help you are considering, any notes you share, how often and when you would like care to start, how you plan to pay and your insurer if you name one, and your name, phone, email and how you prefer to be contacted.
- Contact form: your name, phone, email, what you need help with, and your message.
- Careers application: your name, phone, email, city, the position you are interested in, your caregiving experience and certifications, your answers to the yes or no questions (work authorization, age 18 or older, car, driver's license and car insurance, willingness to pass a background check and drug test), your availability and hours, anything else you share, and a resume if you attach one.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell any information.
How we use it
We use what you send only to respond to you, follow up about care or employment, and keep a record of the conversation.
Who sees it
Form submissions go to Aging Well Care's owner and staff. We use Resend to deliver these emails and Cloudflare to host the site and process the forms. We do not share your information with anyone else except as required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep what you send for as long as it is useful to your care or employment relationship with us, or as long as Arizona rules for home care providers require, whichever is longer.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete information you have sent at any time, unless we are required to keep it by law.
