Aging Well Care is a family owned and operated home care provider, based in Anthem and serving all of Phoenix Metro. We help people remain safe, comfortable and independent in their own homes, and our services are guided by a Registered Nurse, so each client receives thoughtful, well-coordinated care.
We are not a franchise and not a call center. Owner Natasha Rreshka stays personally involved, so you always know who is accountable for your loved one's care.
Our goal is not to keep you on the schedule forever. We work to help your loved one get stronger, and when they can step down to less care, we celebrate. Many companies do not. You can always call us again when you need us.

Natasha brings more than 20 years of hands-on experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant to every family she serves. Her focus is simple: care that is reliable, compassionate and centered on dignity and independence. She stays personally involved in every care plan, and when you call, you reach a real person, not a corporate office. Ask anyone she has cared for: you do not stay a client for long. You become family.
